Regulatory Permit Assistance & Liaison

Regulatory Permit Assistance and Liaison

Permitting requirements are considered in the early stages of the design process. Oftentimes, multiple permits will be required for a specific project. Depending on the permitting agency, turnaround time for review and approval can have a significant impact on the overall project schedule. MC Civil Engineering acts as a liaison between our clients and the regulatory agencies to facilitate an efficient permitting process.

Ensure the requirements of each relevant permit application are incorporated into the overall project design.

Submit the permit application along with any corresponding plans and specifications.

Coordinate and attend any necessary site visits with the reviewing agency.

Provide supplemental details and specifications as requested to facilitate permit approval.

Local, State & Federal Permits

From domestic water supply permits to grading and use permits MC Civil Engineering works on behalf of our clients at the local level to facilitate a smooth permitting process. We also work with such state agencies as the California Department of Fish and Wildlife and the California State Water Resources Control Board.
